Busy Professional Office. Great Location.

This dental office is very busy- so it takes a while to get an appointment. That is why they are really strict about cancelling appointments- and WILL charge you a cxl fee. Front desk is really nice, professional, very quick to finish paperwork or set follow up appointments. Hygenists are excellent. Doctors are a little harried and seem to rush- (probably because they are overbooked) but they always get the job done properly. Great location in the mall so I can shop or eat while waiting to pick teen up.
Do not go to Pearl Family Dental!!!

The receptionist is very sweet and inviting, this is the reason I wanted to go here in the first place. The hygienist was fine as well but the Doctors are horrendous! I have never been treated so much like an object instead of a human being! DON'T GO TO THIS PLACE! Save yourself the humility!
Not a good and friendly dental office. it seems like it at first but they are not courteous.

Choose Pearl Harbor or Wahiawa NOT PEARL HIGHLANDS. FYI to everyone and people that are thinking about working there...DON'T!!! the management there do not take care of their employees and make them come in to work even if they're sick, so watch out. If you try to canel your appointment for whatever reason, be aware, they'll try and make you keep your appointment.
